Signing up for and browsing Netlibrary is easy. Once customers understand they need an email account (and yes there are still folks that do not have one) in order to sign up for this service it is not a problem.
We have been using WorldCat with great success and customers appreciate knowing this information is available to them. Students will like the citations option.
