The easiest habit is continuing education, either online or by attending classes in the traditional way. And learning institutions are offering classes in an ever increasing number of subject areas. The hardest habit isn't really a habit at all. It seems, for me at least, with all the technology that is supposed to make life easier there still isn't enought time to play.
